Description
The event at which this photograph was taken is the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce banquet that was held at the Huntington Hotel. on S. Oak Knoll Avenue in Pasadena, California. There is a long banquet table with people seated listening to a gentleman presenting another person. He is standing next to the podium and large microphone. The men are dressed in tuxedos and many of the women are wearing fur stoles and corsages. This was request from the Pasadena Press 65 N. Raymond Ave. in Pasadena on April 1, 1946.
