Description
Portrait of young woman wearing her hair up in braids underneath a ribbon pinned to her head. She is wearing drop earrings, a large lace collar, and a "necklace" of ribbon and flower detail in the shape of a cross. Written on reverse: "Minnie to Addie. How I looked when I was fourteen." From a leather-bound album containing 23 cabinet cards and cartes-de-visite. Most of the studios were located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, especially Lowell, although the cartes-de-visite were taken in California.
