Photograph caption dated August 26, 1961 reads, "Charles E. Compton, vice mayor of the city of Burbank, crowns Dan Casey, 9, 3307 W. Verdugo St., King of Health and Billie Mae Dayian, 9, 2221 N. Valley St., his queen. The youths competed with winners from seven Burbank parks and were chosen Thursday at McCambridge Recreation Center on the basis of posture, good grooming and healthy general appearance."
