Photo J. F. Triggs (John Francis) (1874-1951) Was Sebastopol merchant from 1915 to 1951. His businesses included a bicycle and repair shop to car dealership to auto parts and machine shop. And was also the town's locksmith. Triggs was interim town trustee replacing Scudder when Scudder went to state rep. Triggs had a dance club playing fiddle in his own group. Tickets were sold to Friday night dances held in Lincoln Hall and then above the Odd Fellows. Triggs was married to Arabelle Smith Triggs. Children: Ruth, Arthur, Glenn "Dutch" and Delbert Ernest "Deb." Triggs was also well known for his large gun collection.
