Photograph caption dated December 2, 1960 reads "Cubs, Scouts and Explorers of San Fernando Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America, will mobilize Saturday to collect 'Good Turn' bags filled with used clothing to be distributed through local welfare agencies as part of a national BSA community service project. Making early pick-up from Valley council member, Win Haslitt of North Hollywood Security National Bank, are Cub Pack 96 member, Tommy Decker, 10, 6727 Troost St., North Hollywood, and Scout Lloyd Sloggett, 13, 17834 Vanowen St., Reseda, of Troop 169."
