Photograph of Department of Public Works employees cleaning debris from a storm drain from a flood on March 2, 1938. Two men without shirts on can be seen from the side shoveling debris into a wheelbarrow visible between them. They are wearing pants, belts, and tall black boots. Dirt can be seen packed in the portion of the drain beyond the men, while the drain continues to the left.
