Description: This Allright Auto Parks parking lot located next to the Union Federal Savings Building at 450 S. Spring St. advertises its parking rates as $2.50 a day (maximum) or 40 cents per each half hour. Bullocks shoppers receive an hour free and Crocker-Citizens National Bank customers can receive validation. Photo dated: July 12, 1965.
