Photograph of half-tone print of a busy main street in Goldfield, Nevada, ca.1905. The dirt street is crowded with horse-drawn wagons, and pedestrians. Stores and other commercial ventures front most of the small buildings lining the street. A hill is in the background at the end of the street. Legible signs include: "Horses and w"..., "Hotel Esmeralda", "Buffet", "Restaurant, [...] and din"..., "Mint Theater", ..."& Co. [...] merchandise".
Originally, the image was captioned as "Busy main street in Aurora, Nevada, 1860-1870"
