John C. Austin designed the 1938 Art Deco style NBC radio facilities located at Sunset and Vine in Hollywood. It was replaced by a Home Savings & Loan bank in 1967.
Looking west from Sunset Boulevard and Argyle Avenue. Seen are various businesses (left), a Foster and Kleiser billboard for Schlitz beer, and NBC's Hollywood Radio City (right).
