Description: "M. Vacha agent de la ligne norvègiénne" ("M. Vacha was an agent for the Norwegian America line"). There are several men standing in front of the center and some are sitting on the porch. Edvin Fagereng was a missionary in Madagascar from 1922-1937 and Madagascar Inland 1940-1960. He married Louise 1907-1962, maiden name Roullot, in France on September 6, 1928.
