It takes real Christmas spirit to turn a job into a holiday showcase. But with the right materials, plus a dash of ingenuity, Andy and Laurie Santonello have created one present that won't fit under the tree. While fumigating their house on Narbonne Avenue in Lomita, the couple wrapped a large red ribbon around the plastic-coated cloth used during spraying. The couple liked the results so much, they couldn't bear to dismantle the work of art immediately. Photograph date: December 21, 1985.
