Photograph caption dated April 10, 1965 reads, "New president of the Woodland Hills Junior Woman's Club is Mrs. Ronald Parkinson. She will be installed in candlelight ceremonies at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Woodland Hills home of Mrs. Owen Showalter. Other new officers for the 1964-65 club year are Mmes. Joseph Ray, Fred Blaich, Marvin Walter and Robert Schmitz, vice presidents; Charles Monteleone and Arthur Yarnelle, secretaries; Donald Hanscom, treasurer; H. Brian Herdeg, bulletin; Carl Swanson, federation extension and program; Sam Ready, parliamentarian; James Payton, coordinator, and Richard Hill, assistant coordinator, Mrs. Forrest Dohlin, first vice president of the Sierra-Cahuenga District, California Federation of Women's Clubs, Junior Membership, will be the installing officer."
