Description
First photograph caption date stamped April 22, 1960 reads "Lost heart breaker." Second photograph caption date stamped June 15, 1960 reads "High honor for Hiatt. San Fernando High pitcher Jack Hiatt was named today by the Valley Times Athletic Board as the baseball 'player-of-the-year' for the East Valley League. Hiatt also caught as well as delivered some timely hits for the championship San Fernando Tigers."
