Photograph of the Castle Crags from Pacific Highway (Hwy 99) in Shasta County, ca.1925. A thin, paved road lined with dust emerges from the foreground at center. The road is lined with short, lightly-colored, wooden fences in the foreground while thin trees that stand along tall, dirt mounds along the road further down. Short, light bushes stand among the trees on either side of the road with the faint, jagged rocks of the mountains painted across the background.
