He served in Ipanya from December 1899 to 1901, 1906 and from 1909 to 1910, in Mbozi 1901, in Kyimbila 1902 and from 1912 to 1916 and in Mwaya from 1907 to 1909. After the First World War he continued his service in Nyasa Province from May 1926 to Mai 1934. He married Caroline, née Jung (1873 -- 1944), in 1899. -- Ernst Emil Böhme (1870-1938) was a mission artisan of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine. He served from 1900 to 1903 as head of the joinery, as building foreman from 1903 to 1905 in Kyimbila, from 1905 to 1907 in Isoko and from 1907 to 1909 in Rutenganio. Until being interned in 1916 he was head of the station in Ipanya. In 1907 he married Emma, née Gründel. -- Anna Stolz, maiden name Schulze, was a missionary of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine from 1903 to 1914 after she had married Adolf Stolz (1871-1917). She returned to Germany in 1914 due to health problems. -- Caroline Jansa (1873-1944), maiden name Jung, was a language teacher and then a missionary of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine after her marriage to Ferdinand Jansa in 1899. After having been interned by the British from 1916 to 1919 she went back to Nyasa in 1926 and served there as a missionary till 1934.
