Image taken of a poster of the front exterior of Bullock's Wilshire department store. Bullock's Wilshire, hailed as "a cathedral of commerce", was the first large store in the nation (built 1928) planned for the convenience of auto patrons. Beauty and utility are blended in the art deco design of the building. Architects: Parkinson & Parkinson.
