Description
A single page letter, possibly from Peter SooHoo, to A.J. Barclay, Construction Engineer, Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal, acknowledging the fact that the vacation of Chinese merchants was expiring on September 1, 1937. The writer of the letter assures Mr. Barclay that all is moving forward and that efforts were being made to "expedite the vacation."
