Description
Verso shows the Hotel Redondo and extolls Redondo Beach as "The Gem of the Continent." Notes "materials for the 4 hotel are to be delivered in the first week of the month of Febrauary, 1888." See also 150270 for a larger version of this map, lacking the verso information and naming the projected hotel as "Hotel La Morada." "Designed and Drawn under the direction of W. M. Ham.
