Description
Erica Jong discusses her autobiography, “Seducing the Demon.” She begins by talking about how she wrote her famous book, “Fear of Flying.” She talks about how she wrote that book during graduate school, and discusses people’s responses to it. Jong describes her marriage to a mentally ill man and how difficult it is to live with someone who is schizophrenic. She talks about how hard it was to write another book after the tremendous success of her first book. Jong discusses the line of addiction in her family and going to rehab. She ends the interview by describing how she wrote 20 books and her part in the Vagina Monologues.
