Description: Palm Springs Office & Substation - Formally opened 11/4/1928. The building is of Spanish design with red-tile roof, and includes a spacious office on the ground floor with storeroom in the rear, and attractive living quarters on the second floor for the superintendent. The substation serving the Palm Springs District an be seen in the rear.
