Description
Photograph article dated December 26, 1957 partially reads, "Appointment of Tony Pilarski, 43, of 534 Newton St., San Fernando, as chairman of the city's annual Red Cross fund drive, was revealed today by Mayor Dan G. Spencer. Pilarski, restaurant owner, will announce plans for the city-wide drive for funds following a conference with Mayor Spencer and Red Cross executives. The preliminary organization was held by the mayor who is a member of the San Fernando Valley Red Cross."
