"Rungwe: Herrn Daepps Laden, Auto-Garage u. Wirtschaftsgebäude." ("Rungwe: Mr. Daepp's store, garage and outbuildings."). In the foreground garden fields, one female European and one African with a watering can, in the background four buildings.
Photo taken during the visitation of Brother Samuel Baudert 1929/1930. -- According to a German address book for East Africa in 1934, W. Daepp was a plantation owner in Rungwe. -- The German term 'Wirtschaftsgebäude' can refer to any kind of farm building or industrial building.
