Waves roll in from the Pacific in this panoramic view looking east from the pier at the end of Pine Avenue in Long Beach. Part of the Municipal Auditorium is visible, left. The tall building to the right and behind the auditorium is the Beakers Hotel. Among the buildings following the shoreline are the Capitol Theatre, West Coast Theatre, Cliff Dwellers Inn, and other hotels and apartments.
