This headstone, located at Sacramento's Old City Cemetery at Tenth Street and Broadway, was erected in memory of Ida Mills O'Neill, who died on November 8, 1860 at 3 years and 19 days of age. Mills, who died of diptheria, was the daughter of Edward W. and Sarah S. O'Neill.
