Description
Crescent Dragonwagon discusses her book, “Passionate Vegetarian.” She explains that the book includes over 1,000 recipes and promotes eating as a family. She talks about moving from New York to Arkansas, and how she became a vegetarian at age 21. She brings ingredients for a salad and gives advice on where to buy the best fresh produce. She says that soybeans and meat substitutes can provide protein to vegetarians and mentions other ways they can get protein. Dragonwagon also shares ways to get vitamin B12. She ends the interview by talking about dating and cooking with a new partner.
