Description
Sign advertising Excelsior Ice Cream, from the Excelsior Creamery in Santa Ana. In 1920, the company purchased Taylor’s Ice Cream Factory in Santa Ana and entered into the ice cream business. Excelsior ice cream was sold in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors.
