Description
"Simulacre de combat, Makoulane [Makulane]" ("Fight enactment, Makoulane [Makulane]"). Photograph of two men of African origin pretending to fight. One of them lies on the ground. The other one wears a leopard skin and carries a shield and spears. He points a spear at the man which is lying in front of him.
Photographie de deux hommes d'origine africaine simulant un combat. L'un d'entre eux est allongé sur le sol. Le second porte une peau de fauve, un bouclier et des lances. Il pointe une lance vers l'homme qui est allongé par terre.
