Photograph caption reads: "Three Valley teenagers gather around 18-year-old Terry Katz, assistant interviewer for the Youth Employment Service, in hope of finding summer jobs. Youthful applicants at the bureau, 8600 1/2 Van Nuys Blvd., Panorama City, are, from left: Ricky Lamb, 15, Pacoima; Miss Katz, Panorama City; Flora Rilling, 17, Sepulveda, and Dick Weinbrandt, 16, Sepulveda. The employment office, sponsored by the Panorama City Chamber of Commerce, is open daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., serving youths between the ages of 12 and 18." Photograph dated: June 29, 1961.
