Description: Young boy makes a clean sweep of things as members of the Community Conservation Corps make short work of a weed infested lot at 93rd Street and Clovis Avenue in the Watts area. A full scale cleanup campaign is sponsored by the Watts Labor Community Action Committee headed by Councilman Billy Mills. Photo dated: November 12, 1996.
