Photograph of a horseshoe tournament in Lincoln Park, Long Beach, ca.1915. The horseshoe pits are at left and right, with a large grassy square at center. Rows of men are lined up in front of the pits, with those at left preparing to throw. Several trees can be seen in the area, and spectators have gathered to observe the tournament. In the background at right, a two-story wooden building is visible, while a taller building is mostly hidden from view by a tree in the distance at center.
