The movement, known as the Unemployed Co-operative Relief Association, has grown until there are 37 units in the county, combined under their own council, and the idea has spread over the state. C. R. Rodgers, at left, is chairman of the county council, while E. J. Krueger, at right, heads the state council. The Assistance League is giving its support to help the movement "over the rough spots." Photo dated: January 14, 1933.
