Description
Interview of Col. Richard Kenney, USAF Ret. by Ron Carrico.From the archives of the San Diego Air and Space Museum. Col.Kenney was a P-38 Pilot in early stages of WW2 during Operation Torch in North Africa. He was shot down in Sicily in June 1943, taken prisoner and spent the rest of the war as a POW of Germans. After the war he stayed int he Army Air Corp and stayed with the USAF flying F-86s and F-100s retiring in 1964. http://www.sandiegoairandspace.org/research/ Please do not use for commercial purposes without permission.
