Hart, Jr. was left out as a beneficiary with the bulk of his father's estate willed instead to the County of Los Angeles. At left are Hart's three lawyers, Eugene Williams, Bion B. Vogel, and J. Ray Files. Next are Ernest R. Purdum and John B. Anson, representing the County of Los Angeles, named trustee in the will. Third from right and slightly to the rear is Sidney N.
