Photograph caption dated October 26, 1956 reads "Sheila Averbach, 5 1/2, and her friend, Denise Zemer, 4, look over dolls with Mrs. Ethel Averbach in preparation for doll show to be held Sunday at 5861 Varna St., Van Nuys. Show is a fund raising effort for Van Nuys Democratic Club. Mrs. Averbach's collection includes 450 dolls from 107 foreign countries."
