Photograph of Occidental College's Belle Wilber Thorne Hall, [s.d.]. The auditorium can be seen in the background at center. A long walkway leads from the foreground to the building and is lined with tall trees. Several other buildings are visible as well. In addition to the auditorium, seating 1000, the building provides a large stage, practice & rehearsal rooms for drama and choral groups, and other facilities for the music & speech departments. It also houses the four-manual skinner organ. The adjoining music building, providing departmental offices, practice rooms and an organ studio, is in the form of a quadrangle.
