More than 7000 persons jammed the Pan Pacific Auditorium in the largest "Dinner With Ike" celebration in the nation. They heard the President tell the country that the United States is "the strongest power on earth, both militarily and economically." Arrow points to Ike as he addressed the huge gathering. Photo dated: January 28, 1960.
