Title supplied by cataloger. The "Nat Reiss" Southern Carnival Co., known as the greatest and grandest carnival company, provided a multiplicity of attractions. They carried a twenty-car train, embracing 300 people in all, who presented a diversified combination of attractions, shows, features and performances. In addition, they held features, parades, tournaments, and contests demonstrating exhibits of the different skilled trades, etc. Panel 4 of 4: View of the Nat Reiss Southern Carnival Co., on location at Pico and Grand Avenue. This panel shows several spectators standing in clusters, looking at a balancing act exhibit in progress. Although this panel doesn't show the exhibit, it's of a man that is standing atop a large ball as he "rolls" it down a winding pathway. A 'Country Store' booth is in the foreground, a large and empty Ferris wheel is behind that, and exhibit booths are visible in the background. This carnival opened on May 16, 1904, and would be held for two weeks at this location.; This is panel 4 of 4 single panels giving a panoramic view of the carnival.
