Description
Original land lease drawn on February 1, 1932 for the years 1932-1935. An amendment to extend the least from 1935-1938 on the second page of the lease does not have an execution date. Lease agreement terms are for 20.48 acres of the A. J. D. de Guyer allotment of Rancho San Pedro with a yearly rent of $512. Additional agreement verbiage requires lessee to be an American citizen and the birth certificate of the lessee is considered an "essential part of this [lease] instrument."
