Made in Germany. Postmarked October 5, 1908, San Jose, to Miss E. Mar Friday, 824 37th Street, Oakland. Dear Mary, Rec'd your letters and many thanks to both for kind invitation, I will arrange to be with you the 16th by postponing my trip, can only be away about a week, will visit my cousins and Mrs. Glover first. Will go to Alameda likely Sat. eve and will spend Monday P.M. Oct 1 with you and take lesson. Then will come about the 14th to stay few days with you. I can hardly wait to see you. I will be so glad to visit you. Will tell you the rest when see you. Love from Maude.
