Photograph of aerial view of severely flooded area south of Talbert, 1938. In the foreground, a vast amount of water can be seen across the plain. At least four structures are visible in the foreground, but only the rooftops of the structures can be seen emerging from the engulfing water. Further in the background, at least two additional submerged buildings can be seen. In the extreme background, parts of a city are visible.
