Exterior view of the Higuera-Galindo Adobe from a field behind the building. A small fence sits in front of the structure and the dirt road and valley is visible behind it. he building was restored and preserved by historical architect Gilbert Sanchez and contractor C.F. Buckley in 1978 and was the first adobe in California restored using authentically rebuilt non-stabilized adobe bricks and plaster rather than modern substances.
