A cabinet card photograph of an adobe house identified as the headquarters of John C. Fremont during the Mexican-American War, Munsey Photography, Los Angeles, circa 1880s. The view shows a decaying one-story adobe with a slightly pitched roof and wooden portico. The image is in good overall condition.
