Wynyate (Welsh for vineyard) was designed by architect W.R. Norton and built in 1887. It is South Pasadena Cultural Heritage Landmark #6 and has been on the National Registry of Historic Places since 1973 (#73000407).
Exterior view of Wynyate, a three-story Victorian mansion located at 851 Lyndon Street in South Pasadena. The estate was once owned by South Pasadena's first Major, Donald R. Graham.
