Photograph caption dated July 7, 1951 reads "Here's a former Earl Carroll showgirl who quit the glamor (sic) business to become an airline stewardess and with a flight record that sets something of a record. She is Frances Drew, 1608 Hollywood Way, Burbank, and here she indicates the route taken in the Tokyo airlift which she flies for The Flying Tiger Line. She is credited with four Tokyo round-trips, a couple to England and several to Europe. Previously she rolled up many air miles in passenger airline service."
