Description: Larry Cope (r.), co-owner of the Firehouse restaurant, is presented with a scale model of the 1906 Federalist-style home at 1616 21st Street he recently purchased. Pat Truesdell, developer of the property, makes it a custom to present scale models to the purchasers of his restored homes. Artist Steve Jolls creates the models.
