Description: This unusual and dramatic photo of densely packed traffic travelling southbound on the Pasadena Freeway, was taken from Park Row Drive overlooking the Freeway near Civic Center. Photo shows a small part of the estimated 419,983 motorists who drive each day directly into the main part of the city business center.
