Title supplied by cataloger. A sign, "Public Library Station", hangs from the eaves of a small, container-like structure that serves as the Westchester Station at 86th and Kittyhawk, a branch of the Los Angeles Public Library. Steps lead up the bare, muddy, hill to the open door. The station was replaced by the Westchester Branch in July 1952.
