Supplementary material reads: "Jerry Welzel (OR 8-5154
GR 3-2415). Commemorative stamp -- Henry Troya, of 322 South Market Street, Inglewood, shows off a newly issued Ecuadorian stamp commemorating Vice President Richard M. Nixon's recent visit to that South American country. Troya, an honorary vice consul of the Latin nation, said he believes the stamp to be one oft [sic] the first to reach this country".
