Photograph article dated August 9, 1950 partially reads, "Each day hundreds of large packing boxes filled with products of Johannes Brahm Ceramics at Reseda are sent to all sections of the United States. More than 75 per cent of the firm's output is sold through large department stores to an ever-expanding market for California ceramic artware. In this growing market the Brahm concern is finding increased demand for its own products, including trays, boxes, baskets, vases and bowls in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors. From a humble 'shoestring' start six years ago in Hollywood the firm has grown into one of the largest of its kind in the area. It moved to its present location at 18415 Hart St., three years ago. Eleven employes [sic] were on the payroll then and the 1947 gross sales reached a total of $25,000."
