Chico Boy Scouts on front steps of the Presbyterian Church, Chico. Probably 1924. John Nopel not yet in scouts; he joined in 1926. All of the men seated were scout leaders in Chico. From Left to right: ???? Harry Ogle, Robert Hamilton (scout master Troop 3) Leon Phillips (scout master Troop 12, Chico).
